Supply Chain Seminar 2014

In an ever more challenging FMCG Supply Chain environment, AFGC member companies face growing pressure to reduce costs and meet their company’s objectives for growth and profitability, achieve customer requirements for service excellence, and at the same time ensure they are meeting regulatory and social responsibilities. This is particularly the case for Supply Chain executives who play a central role in accomplishing each of these challenges.
This situation provides the backdrop to the AFGC’s Annual Supply Chain Seminar.
The core objective of the seminar is to bring together FMCG Supply Chain executives to participate in the discussion around issues of critical importance to AFGC members so that appropriate strategies can be planned and executed to deliver against the aforementioned expectations.

The seminar is open to all AFGC Members, and it is anticipated that the audience will include heads of supply chain at AFGC member companies, and their key personnel from core supply chain functions. AFGC associate and affiliate members with a keen interest in supply chain are also welcomed.
