As a graduate in Medical Science specialising in human nutrition, I launched my career in 2018 as a Quality Assurance Officer at a cutting-edge food manufacturing site in Brisbane’s western suburbs. In this pivotal role, I played a key part in implementing novel procedures and practices within the brand-new facility.

Within a year, I transitioned to a dynamic New Product Development role within the same business, contributing significantly to the launch of multiple best-selling goods in an Australian supermarket. Over four years in the fast-paced FMCG environment, I honed my skills and gained invaluable experience.

In my current position as an R&D Technologist for Innovation at the Australian Agricultural Company, I am deeply involved in crafting innovative solutions for the food industry. My journey reflects a steadfast passion for food manufacturing and a commitment to driving customer success.
