BECOME A MENTEE

Brief Mentoring Overview

You will be paired with a mentor with experience in the field you have requested mentoring in. You will meet to receive guidance and expertise during 6 one hour meetings over a 4 month period, meeting every three weeks approximately. Meetings will be one on one with your mentor and can be held in person, online or by phone, by mutual agreement.

prepare diligently for meetings with mentors
conduct myself in a professional manner
have a genuine interest in growth and development
show a commitment to the mentoring program at all times
complete and lodge mentoring reports as required
