Specializing in high-risk, high-care food manufacturing, she served as a Technical Manager for OneHarvest in Australia until she took maternity leave in 2021. Upon her return to the workforce, Irina is now the National Quality System Manager at HS Fresh. She aims to inspire other women, emphasizing that motherhood should not hinder career progression.
