Juliana is an emerging leader in food safety and quality at The Arnott’s Group, recognised for her passion, dedication, and ability to drive continuous improvement. Beginning as a supply chain graduate, she progressed quickly through roles as Quality Leader and Systems Coordinator and now serves as Senior Quality Coordinator at the Virginia site, a 24 hour operation with 650 employees.

Juliana has played a key role in strengthening food safety and quality systems, leading SQF preparation and audits, reducing product write offs, and improving complaint management. Her attention to detail, proactive mindset, and commitment to coaching have helped build a culture of accountability, transparency, and trust across the site.
