Verity Morgan-Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advocacy, policy development, and stakeholder engagement within the agricultural and environmental sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of New England and a Master of Communication from Griffith University.
Throughout her career, Verity has demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainable agriculture and rural communities. She served as the CEO of Farmers for Climate Action, where she led national campaigns advocating for climate solutions that benefit farmers and the environment. Her leadership in this role was instrumental in mobilizing the agricultural community towards proactive climate action.
In her current position as the Director of Stakeholder Engagement at the National Farmers’ Federation, Verity continues to champion the interests of Australian farmers.
