A Food Microbiologist with over 20 years industry experience and with 16 years’ experience in various laboratory, management and quality roles in the food manufacturing industry. She is a member of ASM, and AIFST. Jasmine is the current Allergen Bureau President and Board Chair and was the founding Co-Chair of the Australian regional sector of the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering Design Group). Jasmine is an expert in allergen management, allergen risk assessments and the implementation of best practice in the food supply chain including food service and food manufacturing environments.
