Melissa is a technical account manager and horticulture lead for Stop Food Waste. She works with business that sign onto the Australian Food Pact, which is a commitment to reduce food waste in your own operation as well stand with other business to increase impact. She also leads the Horticulture sector action plan to reduce food waste from fresh produce nationally.
