Susannah Roelofsz is the Technical Officer at the Fresh Produce Safety Centre Australia & New Zealand (FPSC), where she leads the development of science-based resources and industry outreach to support food safety across the horticulture supply chain. With a Master of Science in Agriculture and a strong background in technical research, Susannah plays a key role in translating complex food safety information into practical tools and guidance for growers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. She is passionate about strengthening produce safety systems through collaboration, training, and evidence-based best practices.
