Professor Jolieke van der Pols is a leading researcher at QUT, specialising in sustainable food systems and diets. As Chair of the Sustainable Diets and Food Systems Special Interest Group within the Nutrition Society of Australia, she is a key advocate for environmentally responsible dietary practices. Her work focuses on life cycle assessment, nutrition, and public health, underpinned by strong leadership credentials as a GAICD.
