This service, traditionally delivered face to face by professionals who regularly need to travel extensively has been impacted severely by the pandemic requiring the industry to rethink and consider different ways to assure food safety is maintained.
Remote auditing techniques are not new to the certification industry however the food sector has not fully embraced the concept.
